The Cannabis Act gives municipalities the ability to create zoning and bylaws related to retail locations where cannabis can be consumed. These enforcement systems will vary between each province and territory and are implemented to best suit the health and safety concerns in those communities. Please visit Provincial/Territorial Information to find specific information about these enforcements.
